Students must receive an overall grade of 75% for each course to be eligible for a certificate.
Certificate of Completion
Upon completion of all required classes, please email cehealthcare@collin.edu with
the name of the completed certificate series and your current mailing address. Please
allow 2-4 weeks for processing.
